    You should also offer a Yoga work in your dungym with specific yoga exercises so subs can suck their own cock…….mmmmmmm.*:D big grin

      It’s part of the “big” plan! 😉 Of course, my programs aren’t limited to those exercises that you see here. I also combine BDSM scenarios. Simply tell me what are your goals. Many of those pictures look like wrestling or acrobatic Yoga, but it’s actually weight lifting. Last picture is a Yoga posture, seems effortless but stay for a minute in this position, you will feel your legs and arms are “working” hard. Many guys think Yoga is for the weak.

      In one of my private Yoga classes (with your personal trainer) a new macho male who was saying at his day job he’s working physically hard so Yoga is nothing. At the end of the session he was complaining how hard it was and how sore he is now! It goes to get muscles you thought you did not have.

      If you go to a real Yoga studio, ratio is 12 women for 2 men, so smart men go to Yoga classes to stretch or to be humiliated or to watch beautiful shapely derrieres? Choose your battle! 😆 I have many level of fitness programs, Kick boxing can also be on the menu, and guess who does the kicking and who is the punching bag? 😈
