Someone really doesn’t want me to leave
Wow incredible! Until yesterday I was packing for storing my equipment at the end of the month. At 2 pm, I got a call from a lady friend telling me: “There is an apartment to rent and I told the owner who lives in Toronto what you do, and the owner doesn’t care as long the rent is paid and on time“, so I have a lease for 6 months, I am postponing my moving to Vancouver!
Well the rent has to be paid alright! It’s double from what I was paying and it’s a bit smaller but it’s downtown Gatineau (Hull sector) closer to Ottawa, near Des Chaudières bridge, this is the price to pay to be closer to you but it’s still not in your backyard! Yep! There is a lot with the syndrome: “Not in my backyard” 😆 So let’s see if it’s really worth it to stay another 6 months closer to your home…you can thank my contact for this!
Gatineau has always been Ottawa’s playground.

Timing…it’s been 2 years!!! I have seen worse, a guy recently wrote: “You’re the best” and I haven’t seen him in 20 years! Go figure!
