That wasn’t of a shock for me, over weight, partying like he did, but at 46 y/o that was a shock! I heard many guys telling me they rather live 40 y/o night and day than only days to live 90. (no other signs than the puking) After surgery, he is A1 and did not smoke ever since his birthday.
